For some of you this is the first gNews you’ve seen...EVER! Yes, it has been a while since we published our last newsletter and it is high time we reach out and tell you what we've been up to here at Genext as the last couple years have been turbulent yet rewarding. We’ve navigated through a major economic shift, completed a network upgrade gone astray (2 years in progress), integrated and migrated not one, but two competing networks, expanded customer care to 7-days a week, added new mail servers and websites, moved to a new location and…did we say not one, but two babies born into our our Genext Family.

It’s been a wild ride and we’re seeing that the hard work, relentless schedules and constant shifting is paying off. This first edition of gNews is a compilation of recent blog posts available on our website; we’re going to be working to continue to improve the tools and resources you have online as well as connect in new ways with our partner-friends, customer-family and community.
